Summary:
With the constant snow at the moment; how would Scotty and Kevin react to it. No spoilers just an average day of K/S.

A/N – A short story for Christmas. Hope you enjoy :)

Scotty shivers awake and realises its cold in the bed; he wraps his arms closer to Kevin hoping for the warmth instead he wakes up Kevin. The weather had been getting colder for the past week.

“You’re cold” Kevin grumbles as he wakes up.

“I thought you might warm me up” Scotty says as he moves away from Kevin and goes to get out of the bed.

“Get back here” Kevin says turning towards Scotty. Scotty decides to play hard to get.

“You’re too cold” Scotty moans.

“Now” Kevin orders and Scotty smiles at the command.

He slowly walks over to Kevin and they start a passionate kiss.

Scotty however stops it and complains about being too cold still.

“Well, let me warm you up” Kevin says.

“Kevin, we have plans today. I want a quick shower and then we have to go Christmas shopping” Scotty says regretfully.
Kevin starts to sulk.

Scotty looks at his pouting face and nearly caves in but doesn’t, instead he says “I’ll make it up to you, I promise”.

“You better” Kevin says getting out of bed and heading to the bathroom.

***********

Scotty walks over to the window and opens the curtain and is amazed by the view.

“Kevin” he yells.

Kevin comes running in; thinking the something must be wrong “What is it, what is wrong?” Kevin says as he looks around the room for the source of Scotty’s concern.

“It’s snowed” Scotty said still stunned.

“Is that all” Kevin said looking out the window “I thought it was something important”.

“Can we go out in it?” Scotty said excited, he doesn’t remember the last time he saw snow.

“Not sure if shopping is a good idea now” Kevin said practically not noticing the excitement in Scotty’s voice.

Scotty looks at Kevin and says again like a little kid “Can we go out in it, please?” and this time Kevin sees the spark in Scotty’s eyes.

“You can’t be serious” Kevin said knowing full well that he was “A minute ago you didn’t want to have sex because you were cold. Now you’re willing to go and get colder” Kevin laughs at this logic.

“Please” Scotty begs and before the last letter of the word is said Kevin is looking for the woollies for them to put on; knowing he can’t refuse Scotty.

Once outside Scotty is in awe of the snow; enjoying the feeling of the snow crushing as he walks down the street.

Until he feels the hit of a snowball catch his back; he knew that Kevin was walking slower than him but thought it was because of the fact he didn’t want to go out.

Kevin was enjoying the snow now that he was outside and remembered the snowball fights he had as a kid with Sarah, Kitty, Tommy and Justin. He picked up some snow and rolled it into a ball and threw it at Scotty.

The next 20 minutes were filled with snowballs being thrown at each other and enjoying each others’ company. They made angels in the snow and admired the view around them.

The snow had brightened everything up and had illumed the building to works of master pieces.

After they started to feel the cold they decided to go back home.

Kevin grabbed hold of Scotty’s hand and whispered “Better keep that promise when we get back”.

“Yeah, will need to do some exercise to warm ourselves up” Scotty said seductively.

They smiled at what was to come and took pleasure in walking home quickly in antiquation.
